2020 goals

when i think about my goals for 2020, i can’t help but think about 2019 and how much i went through. i think about how much has changed within the last year and how much i want to keep changing.

in 2019 i learned that it’s all about the little things and this year i want to keep focusing on those little things that bring me happiness. this year i want to feel fulfilled, i want to be present, i want to be in love with life.

let’s hope these goals help me achieve all that.

H A P P I N E S S

  • practice daily affirmations

  • set intentions

  • spend time with positive people

  • no phone when spending quality time with friends / family

  • journal at least twice a week

H E A L T H

  • flow at least twice a week

  • meditate once a day

  • drink more water

L E A R N I N G

  • read one book each month

  • listen to one podcast a day

  • set aside thirty minutes each day to focus on cup of t.

  • publish a blog twice a month

T R A V E L

  • take a trip to somewhere new with friends

  • take time to explore while on business trips

  • do something meaningful when traveling

A D U L T I N G

  • expand my network

  • gain a new skill that will benefit my long term career

  • follow a monthly budget

  • move into my first (post grad) apartment

here’s to hoping 2020 is finally my year!
