another year has come and gone.
as a senior in college, i feel like i’m learning so much more about myself. a couple months ago, i started my blog. it feels good to focus on something for myself, something i actually want to do. as i finish school, i’m realizing how important it is to have a balance. i obviously spend a lot of time working and studying, but in 2018 i really started to do little things to help feel less stressed. for example, i started practicing a lot more yoga, began meditating almost once a day and started writing often. towards the end of 2018, i became a little more selfish. not necessarily in a bad way. but i realized how important it is to take care of yourself.
this year had a lot of ups and downs. i’m already starting to learn from my mistakes and the things that happened. instead of focusing on the negative, i’m going to move forward in the new year. in this post, you can find a string of photos, some of the highlights of my year.
